Burden Furniture Vietnam- How to Take Care of Your Wooden Furniture?

Burden Furniture Vietnam What should you do towards your wooden furniture? Is dusting good, cleaning, or waxing?
In this guide, we will show you how to take care of your furniture properly.

1. Dusting:

Dusting furniture is essential. You should dust your pieces of wooden furniture frequently in order to remove all the deposits accumulating in layers that can make scratches on the surface of the wooden furniture.
Use a clean duster to remove all the accumulated dust. The duster should be dry and soft in order not to make any scratches.

2. Cleaning:

Some people use all-purpose cleaning chemicals. However, they are bad for wooden furniture unless the piece has a plastic coating such as kids’ pieces of furniture and kitchen items.
Do not clean wooden furniture with water unless you have a sticky spot that needs special treatment with soap and water.
Dissolve a special detergent in water and dip a piece of cloth in it. Squeeze the piece of cloth well and wipe the spot.

3. Waxing:

Waxing is one of the best ways to make your furniture shine. This is how you should apply paste wax.
• Place an amount of wax in a cotton ball and make it as soft as possible.
• Rub the ball in circularly on a certain area until the wax finishes.
• When the whole surface is covered with wax, start wiping it until you remove all the wax.
• After that, polish the wood using a dry, clean, and soft piece of cloth. Attach the cloth with an electric drill. If the wax started smearing, continue wiping and buffering.

If you want your wooden furniture to shine, repeat waxing your piece of furniture in the same way. Maintenance is important and you can use a wool duster if you want. DO NOT use liquids or aerosol since they can dissolve the wax leaving marks and scratches.
